Lunenburg County Administration Office


The County Administrator's Office is responsible for the daily operations and oversight of Lunenburg County government. The Administrator serves as advisor to the Board of Supervisors, keeping them informed of the condition of the County, serves as the point of contact for citizens regarding questions about their government, and works with all County offices. The Administrator is also responsible for the development of a budget to be presented to the Board of Supervisors.

The Lunenburg County Administrator also serves as the appointed Clerk to the Board of Supervisors, coordinating meetings, developing an agenda, preserving the minutes and records of the Board, serves as liaison between the Board of Supervisors and the School Board, and properly advertising all meetings.
